  • Full Fat Milk 1 litre

  • Sugar 150 gms

  • Cardamom Powder 1 tsp

    boil the milk in a deep kadai on high flame stirring continuously

  • 02

    now reduce the flame to medium and cook for 20-25 minutes or till the milk reduces to half its quantity, stirring occasionally and scraping the sides of the pan

  • 03

    add the sugar, mix well and cook till the mixture resembles mawa, stirring continuously

  • 04

    transfer the khoya to a plate, spread witb the help of a spatula and keep aside to cool for 15-20 minutes

  • 05

    add the cardamom powder and mix well

  • 06

    divide the mixture into 16 equal portions and make pedas

  • 07

    serve or store in an air tight container
