Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 litre full cream


  • 1/4 cups basmati rice


  • 1/4 bowls sugar


  • 2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 10-12 nos chopped almonds


  • 10-12 nos choppe dcashew


  • 2 tsp golden raisins


  • 2-3 tsp pure ghee

Directions

  • Heat ghee in a pan add washed rice and fry for 4-5 minutes on low flame.
  • Heat milk and let it come to a boil.
  • Reduce the flame and add the rice.
  • After the rice is added, add the sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and raisins.
  • Stir and continue to stir often so that lumps are not formed.
  • Cook further till the rice grains are completely cooked.
  • Switch off the flame.
  • Serve the rice kheer hot, warm and cool.
  • Garnish with dryfruits and rose petals.
