Ingredients

Serves 6

  • full cream 1 litre

  • Basmati Rice 1/4 cups

  • Sugar 1/4 bowls

  • Cardamom Powder 2 tsp

  • Chopped ALmonds 10-12 nos

  • Choppe dCashew 10-12 nos

  • Golden Raisins 2 tsp

  • Pure Ghee 2-3 tsp

Directions

    Heat ghee in a pan add washed rice and fry for 4-5 minutes on low flame.

    Heat milk and let it come to a boil.

  • 03

    Reduce the flame and add the rice.

  • 04

    After the rice is added, add the sugar, cardamom powder, chopped dry fruits and raisins.

    Stir and continue to stir often so that lumps are not formed.

  • 06

    Cook further till the rice grains are completely cooked.

  • 07

    Switch off the flame.

  • 08

    Serve the rice kheer hot, warm and cool.

  • 09

    Garnish with dryfruits and rose petals.
