  • Curry leaves,fistful 2 nos

  • Urad Daal 1 tsp

  • Thoor Dhal 1 tsp

  • Dried Chillies 4 nos

  • Asafoetida 1/2 tsp

  • Salt(to taste) 1/4 tsp

  • Oil 2 drop

    Add two drops of oil in a pan and slightly roast curry leaves and keep it aside. Add all the other ingredients in the same pan and roast for few minutes on a low flame till it slightly roasted.Let it cool.

    Add curry leaves and salt in a blender and grind well. Add all the other ingredients and grind to a fine powder. Mix well with a spoon. Let it not be coarse. Give break before grinding to fine powder. Store it in an airtight container.

    Can have with hot plain rice with ghee or gingely oil. Healthy homemade curry leaves powder is an easy recipe to try.
