Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos curry leaves,fistful


  • 1 tsp urad daal


  • 1 tsp thoor dhal


  • 4 nos dried chillies


  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida


  • 1/4 tsp salt(to taste)


  • 2 drop oil

Directions

  • Add two drops of oil in a pan and slightly roast curry leaves and keep it aside. Add all the other ingredients in the same pan and roast for few minutes on a low flame till it slightly roasted.Let it cool.
  • Add curry leaves and salt in a blender and grind well. Add all the other ingredients and grind to a fine powder. Mix well with a spoon. Let it not be coarse. Give break before grinding to fine powder. Store it in an airtight container.
  • Can have with hot plain rice with ghee or gingely oil. Healthy homemade curry leaves powder is an easy recipe to try.
