Sugar 1 cups
Salt 1 pinch
Ghee 1/2 cups
Directions
Powder the poga
Add suger and grind
Add little ghee and grind again
Take ghee in a pan and melt it
Add grinded poga powder in it.
Fry upto it colour change. add pinch of salt
They make it small ball
Our poga ball ready to serve
U can add cardamom powder for taste(optional)
