Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups cooked rice


  • 1 nos onion , chopped


  • 4-5 nos garlic clove, chopped


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste teaspoon


  • 1/4 cups carrots chopped


  • 1/2 cups cabbage chopped


  • 1/4 cups capsicum chopped


  • 1/4 cups beans chopped


  • 2-3 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp celery


  • 1 tsp rosemary


  • 1 tsp chilly flakes


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Heat butter and Olive oil to a wok.
  • Add onion followed by ginger and garlic
  • Add the mix vegetables, rosemary, celery, green chillies, salt.
  • When the vegetables are cooked add the rice.
  • Mix it well with the vegetables for 5 minutes, add chilly flakes and serve hot.
