Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Cooked Rice 2 cups

  • Onion , chopped 1 nos

  • Garlic clove, chopped 4-5 nos

  • Ginger paste teaspoon 1/2 tsp

  • Carrots chopped 1/4 cups

  • Cabbage chopped 1/2 cups

  • Capsicum chopped 1/4 cups

  • Beans chopped 1/4 cups

  • green chillies 2-3 nos

  • Celery 1 tsp

  • Rosemary 1 tsp

  • Chilly flakes 1 tsp

  • Olive oil 2 tbsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • Salt 2 tbsp

Directions

    Heat butter and Olive oil to a wok.

  • 02

    Add onion followed by ginger and garlic

  • 03

    Add the mix vegetables, rosemary, celery, green chillies, salt.

  • 04

    When the vegetables are cooked add the rice.

  • 05

    Mix it well with the vegetables for 5 minutes, add chilly flakes and serve hot.
