Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 100 gms rice flour


  • 50 gms butter


  • 1/2 cups fried peanut crushed


  • 1/4 cups milk


  • 1 tsp sambhar powder


  • 2 tsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Cream butter well and add crushed peanut and sambhar powder. Add ajwain and salt to the creamy butter mixture.
  • Cream well together. Add sifted rice flour with baking powder to the mixture.
  • Mix well till crumbly. Add milk and mix well to make a palpable dough.
  • Flatten the dough with a rolling pin and use a cookie cutter to desired shapes.Brush milk on top of each biscuit dough. Sprinkle sesame seed on each biscuit pieces.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degree centigrade. Bake it for 15 minutes till slight golden brown. Rice Peanut Biscuit is ready to serve. Store it in an airtight container.
