Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls urad dal


  • 1 bowls moong dal


  • 1/2 bowls chopped corriander leave


  • 1 bowls hung curd


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp black salt


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tbsp jeera powder


  • 1 tbsp kala chat masala


  • 1 tbsp yellow chilli powder


  • 1/2 bowls anardaana


  • 1 bowls tamarind saunth

Directions

  • Soak both the dals over night.
  • Drain the excess water and grind it.
  • Now for making bhallas heat the appampatra.
  • Brush it and Put 1 scoop batter in all the appampatra.
  • Cover it for 2 mins and Then flip it.
  • Again for 2 mins and See bhallas are cooked properly.
  • Now in a bowl take the hung curd.stirr it.
  • Add the bhallas and all the masalas in it.mix it.
  • Now por one tblsp green chutney and 2 tblspn tamarind saunth on it.
  • Put little bit curd also and Garnish it with anaadaana and corriander leaves.
