Dahi Bhalla In Appam Patra

urad dal 1 bowls
moong dal 1 bowls
chopped corriander leave 1/2 bowls
hung curd 1 bowls
oil 2 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
black salt 1 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 tbsp
black pepper 1 tsp
jeera powder 1 tbsp
kala chat masala 1 tbsp
yellow chilli powder 1 tbsp
anardaana 1/2 bowls
tamarind saunth 1 bowls
Soak both the dals over night.
Drain the excess water and grind it.
Now for making bhallas heat the appampatra.
Brush it and Put 1 scoop batter in all the appampatra.
Cover it for 2 mins and Then flip it.
Again for 2 mins and See bhallas are cooked properly.
Now in a bowl take the hung curd.stirr it.
Add the bhallas and all the masalas in it.mix it.
Now por one tblsp green chutney and 2 tblspn tamarind saunth on it.
Put little bit curd also and Garnish it with anaadaana and corriander leaves.
