Ingredients

  • urad dal 1 bowls

  • moong dal 1 bowls

  • chopped corriander leave 1/2 bowls

  • hung curd 1 bowls

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • salt 1 tbsp

  • black salt 1 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • black pepper 1 tsp

  • jeera powder 1 tbsp

  • kala chat masala 1 tbsp

  • yellow chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • anardaana 1/2 bowls

  • tamarind saunth 1 bowls

    Soak both the dals over night.

    Drain the excess water and grind it.

  • 03

    Now for making bhallas heat the appampatra.

    Brush it and Put 1 scoop batter in all the appampatra.

    Cover it for 2 mins and Then flip it.

    Again for 2 mins and See bhallas are cooked properly.

    Now in a bowl take the hung curd.stirr it.

    Add the bhallas and all the masalas in it.mix it.

    Now por one tblsp green chutney and 2 tblspn tamarind saunth on it.

    Put little bit curd also and Garnish it with anaadaana and corriander leaves.
