Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 6 nos bread


  • 1/2 nos onion


  • 3 nos garlic cloves


  • 4 nos cauliflower florets


  • 1 nos capsicum


  • 6 nos beans


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1/2 cups paneer


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 1/2 tsp paanipoori masala powder


  • 1/4 tsp chat masala powder


  • 3 tsp chilli flakes


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 5 tsp oil


  • 1/2 cups grated cheese


  • 4 tsp tomato ketchup

Directions

  • Heat oil in a wok and add onions and saute well. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell disappear. Add chilli flakes and all the vegetables and stir fry for two minutes.
  • Add chopped paneer and all the masala powder together with salt and saute till everything combines well. Let it cool.
  • Trim off all the corners of the bread. Sprinkle oil and roll bread with the help of rolling pin.
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Place the rolled bread on a muffin tray like basket. Fill the bread basket with paneer vegetable mixture and sprinkle cheese on top. Add tomato ketchup on top of the cheese.
  • Bake it for 15 minutes till the bread basket turn golden brown. Yummy and beautiful Indian bread baskets is ready to serve.
