Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups oats


  • 1/2 cups green moong daal


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tbsp green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala powder


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped,


  • 1 tsp dried mint leaves

Directions

  • Dry roast the oats till lightly Brown
  • Grind the daal without adding any water.
  • Mix the daal, oats along with all the ingredients.
  • Take small portions of them and form small tikkis
  • Shallow fry them until brown from both sides.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
