Ingredients
Serves 4
Oats 1/2 cups
Green moong daal 1/2 cups
onion 1 nos
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Green Chilly chopped 1 tbsp
Roasted Cumin powder 1 tsp
Chaat Masala powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped, 2 tbsp
Dried Mint leaves 1 tsp
Directions
Dry roast the oats till lightly Brown
Grind the daal without adding any water.
Mix the daal, oats along with all the ingredients.
Take small portions of them and form small tikkis
Shallow fry them until brown from both sides.
Serve hot with ketchup.
