Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 bowls rice flour


  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 1 bowls blanched spinach


  • 1/2 tsp green chilly paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 2 tbsp white til/sesame seeds


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 cups oil

Directions

  • Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,rice flour,blanched spinach,white sesame seeds,butter,ginger and green chilly paste and salt and mix well.
  • With the help of water make a soft dough.
  • Now place the dough in a sev machine with star nozzle and squeeze the dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
  • It will takes one to two mins for frying. Then Serve hot with tea.
