Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Rice flour 1/2 bowls

  • All purpose flour 1/2 cups

  • Blanched spinach 1 bowls

  • Green chilly paste 1/2 tsp

  • Ginger paste 1/2 tsp

  • Butter 2 tbsp

  • White til/sesame seeds 2 tbsp

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Oil 1 cups

Directions

    Take a large bowl add all purpose flour,rice flour,blanched spinach,white sesame seeds,butter,ginger and green chilly paste and salt and mix well.

    With the help of water make a soft dough.

    Now place the dough in a sev machine with star nozzle and squeeze the dough into hot oil and fry until golden brown.

    It will takes one to two mins for frying. Then Serve hot with tea.
