Take the jagerry with half cup of water and dissolve it by heating. No need to boil, it should just dissolve.
Take ragi flour, oats flour, atta, a pinch of salt, elaichi and sauf powder and mix well
Now add the jagerry mixture to this and mix, add water.
Then add curd and cottage cheese
Mix everything well and form a medium thickness batter, it shouldn't be too thick or runny
Keep the batter for fifteen minutes, it might thicken up because of oats then add little bit water.
Heat a non stick tava, brush some oil or ghee and pour a ladle of batter
Cook the pancakes from both sides till they turn Brown.
Serve hot.
