Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 cups oats flour


  • 1/2 cups ragi flour


  • 1/4 cups atta


  • 1/2 cups jagerry(as per your taste)


  • 1 tsp elaichi and sauf powder


  • 1/4 cups cottage cheese


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil or ghee

Directions

  • Take the jagerry with half cup of water and dissolve it by heating. No need to boil, it should just dissolve.
  • Take ragi flour, oats flour, atta, a pinch of salt, elaichi and sauf powder and mix well
  • Now add the jagerry mixture to this and mix, add water.
  • Then add curd and cottage cheese
  • Mix everything well and form a medium thickness batter, it shouldn't be too thick or runny
  • Keep the batter for fifteen minutes, it might thicken up because of oats then add little bit water.
  • Heat a non stick tava, brush some oil or ghee and pour a ladle of batter
  • Cook the pancakes from both sides till they turn Brown.
  • Serve hot.
