Heat oil in a wok and saute onion, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Add sambhar powder, turmeric powder and salt to taste to the mixture. Cover the wok with a lid and cook till tomatos are mushy.
Meanwhile boil the cauliflower florets in a bowl of water with little salt and turmeric powder for two minutes. Strain the water and keep it aside.
In a small bowl add egg and whisk with pepper and salt. Keep it aside.
In another wok add oil on a medium flame. Pour the egg mixture and add the blanched cauliflower florets to the egg mixture. Mix well and make sure the egg mixture coats well on florets. Fry for two minutes and keep it aside.
Add water to the onion tomato gravy and let it boil for few minutes. Add the fried cauliflower florets to the onion tomato gravy and boil a minute or two. Add fresh cream to the gravy and cook for three minutes or so.Add coriander leaves for garnishing.
Malai Egg Cauliflower is ready to serve with hot rice, flavored rice or rotis.
