Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups chopped spinach


  • 4 tbsp roasted chana dal flour


  • 2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 2 tsp chopped green chilli


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 8 nos clove garlic chopped


  • 2 tbsp dry fruits


  • 3 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Heat 1 tablespoons ghee in a pan .
  • Add chopped garlic and onion and fry for few minutes .
  • Now add the chopped spinach and fry well .
  • Now add the all spice powder and salt and sugar mix well .
  • Now add the all flour and mix well
  • Heat a tawa with 2 tablespoons ghee .
  • Now shape a kebab from spinach mixture and shallow fry until they are golden in color .
  • Serve with tomato sauce and enjoyyyyy
