Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chopped spinach 1 cups

  • roasted chana dal flour 4 tbsp

  • gram flour 2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • sugar 1 tsp

  • garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • chopped green chilli 2 tsp

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • clove garlic chopped 8 nos

  • dry fruits 2 tbsp

  • ghee 3 tbsp

Directions

    Heat 1 tablespoons ghee in a pan .

  • 02

    Add chopped garlic and onion and fry for few minutes .

  • 03

    Now add the chopped spinach and fry well .

  • 04

    Now add the all spice powder and salt and sugar mix well .

  • 05

    Now add the all flour and mix well

  • 06

    Heat a tawa with 2 tablespoons ghee .

  • 07

    Now shape a kebab from spinach mixture and shallow fry until they are golden in color .

  • 08

    Serve with tomato sauce and enjoyyyyy
