Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 500 gms chicken


  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 2 tbsp cream


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp (cardamom+ cinnamon+ cloves) powder


  • 2 tbsp lime juice


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp refined oil


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 nos tej patta


  • 2 nos dry red chillies


  • 3 tbsp coriander leaves

Directions

  • Marinate the chicken with curd, cream, lime juice, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder and garam masala powder, salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan/tawa, fry the marinate chicken, till little brown. Now add the rest of the marinade and cook on a low flame till done.
  • Heat another pan, add Tej patta, dry red chillies and chopped coriander leaves. Put this tadka into the chicken . Serve.
