Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Boneless chicken - 100 gm

  • Egg - 1

  • Besan - 1/2 cup

  • Soda bi carbonate - 1 pinch

  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp

  • Chilly powder - 1 tsp

  • Pepper powder - 1/4 th tsp

  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

  • Salt - 1 tsp

  • Refined oil - 1 cup (to fry)

  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp

Directions

    Cut the chicken into thin strips. Marinate them with little salt and lemon juice, for 30 minutes. Whisk the egg and mix rest of the ingredients into it, add little water if required to make a thick batter.

    Add the marinated chicken into into the batter, give it a good mix and let it sit for 30 minutes.

    Heat ample amount of oil in a kadhai, fry the coated chicken pieces, strain and serve.
