red lentil 1 cups
arhar dal 1/2 cups
chopped spinach 1 cups
chopped coriander leaves 5 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
black pepper powder 1 tsp
Combine the dal along with 2 cups of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles .
Heat 1 tablespoons olive oil in a pan add chopped spinach and cook for 2 minutes .
Now add the chopped tomato and fry well .
Now add the boiled dal and add salt cook for 18 minutes .
Add the chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice .
Serve hot ...
