Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups poha(flattened rice)


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 4 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 nos onion finely chopped


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp fine chopped coriander


  • 1/4 cups shev

Directions

  • Soak poha for 5 minutes
  • Heat oil in pan add mustard seed and green chilli
  • Add onion saute it for 2 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon
  • Add soaked poha mix well .add salt
  • Cover with lead cook for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fine chopped coriander
