  • Poha(Flattened rice) 1 cups

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Green chilli chopped 4 nos

  • Onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Fine chopped coriander 1 tbsp

  • Shev 1/4 cups

    Soak poha for 5 minutes

  • 02

    Heat oil in pan add mustard seed and green chilli

  • 03

    Add onion saute it for 2 minutes.

    Add turmeric powder 1/4teaspoon

  • 05

    Add soaked poha mix well .add salt

  • 06

    Cover with lead cook for 2 minutes.

  • 07

    Garnish with fine chopped coriander
