Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 50 gms paneer


  • 1/4 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp for batter: gram flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp kitchen king masala


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 1 cups oil for fry

Directions

  • Cut the paneer in cubes.
  • Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala on paneer pieces and keep for 5minuts.
  • Now take a mixing bowl add all batter ingredients and make a smooth batter with water.
  • Now dip the paneer cubes in batter and deep fry them till brown n crispy.
  • Take out in a plate sprinkle some chaat masala.
