Ingredients

  • Paneer 50 gms

  • Chaat masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • For batter: gram flour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • kitchen king masala 1/4 tsp

  • Red chilly powder 1/4 tsp

  • Baking soda 1 pinch

  • Oil for fry 1 cups

Directions

    Cut the paneer in cubes.

  • 02

    Sprinkle some salt and chaat masala on paneer pieces and keep for 5minuts.

    Now take a mixing bowl add all batter ingredients and make a smooth batter with water.

    Now dip the paneer cubes in batter and deep fry them till brown n crispy.

  • 05

    Take out in a plate sprinkle some chaat masala.
