washed and boiled sweet potatoes 1/2 kgs
bread crumbs 1/4 cups
roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 3/4 tsp
finely chopped green chillies 3 nos
handful chopped coriander leaves 1 nos
lemon juice 3/4 tbsp
oil or butter for greasing 3 tbsp
Peel and grate the boiled sweet potatoes.
Take a large mouth bowl and combine all the ingredients except oil.
Form the mixture into small sized balls.
Grease waffle iron with oil or butter. Flatten the sweet potatoes mixture ball lightly and put it on the preheated waffle iron.
Cover and cook it for 4 to 6 minutes or until it turn golden in colour
Repeat the process for making more waffles and serve hot with ketchup or any dip.
