Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Cabbage chopped 1 cups

  • Wheat Flour 1 cups

  • Cornmeal 1 cups

  • Green Chilly 3-4 nos

  • Dhania powder 2 tbsp

  • Carrom seeds 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Oil while making dough 2 tbsp

  • Oil for roasting 2 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Take all the ingredients and form a soft dough.

  • 02

    Use less water as cabbage gives out water.

  • 03

    Keep the dough covered for 30 minutes.

  • 04

    Roll it and roast it will oil on both sides.

  • 05

    Serve hot with pickle our ketchup.
