Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 8 nos whole wheat bread slices


  • 1/2 cups softened cream cheese


  • 2/3 cups natural strawberry jelly


  • 1/2 cups sliced strawberries


  • 2 tsp sugar


  • 1 cups soy milk


  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1 1/2 tsp flax seed meal


  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


  • 2 tbsp oil or as required

Directions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sugar. Now add sliced strawberries
  • In a blender, blend flex seed meal, cinnamon, vanilla extract, soy milk together. Spread the cream cheese and jelly mix on each side of the bread halves. Put together like sandwich.
  • Soak each sandwich in the mixture for 5 seconds or until covered.
  • Heat a griddle at medium-high. Once the pan is spray some oil and place each sandwich in the pan.
  • Cook until each side is golden brown, about 2 minute each
  • Sliced the sandwich in half and spread jelly
  • Drizzle some powdered sugar over it and top with the sliced strawberries, bananas and whipped cream.
