Grind the oats
Mix oats, amaranth flour, semolina, desiccated coconut with baking powder and keep aside.
Cream the butter and sugar well
Add roughly chopped cranberries and bring the dough together. Don't knead.
Add a tablespoon of milk if it is too dry.
Keep the dough covered for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough of medium thickness. Cut with a cookie cutter
Place on baking and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes till it's done. Baking time varies as per oven
