To hot oil add mustard seeds, onion and curry leaves. Saute till onion turns lightly pink.
Add ginger and garlic , half of the ground spice mix. Cook for a minute
Add the mushroom, salt and stir fry on a high flame for 2 minutes
Add the remaining spice, capsicum and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
Serve hot with rice, roti or have it as it is!
