Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 bowls peas


  • 3 nos onion ,fine chopped


  • 2 nos tomato ,fine chopped


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmaric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos green chilly ,chopped

Directions

  • Heat oil in a wok add cumin seeds and asafoetida and splutter them.
  • Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour.
  • Now add peas and saute them till onion turns brown in colour.
  • Now add all dry masala n salt and mix well.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and green chilly.
  • Now add 1tablespoons of water and cover it with lid and cook on slow flam till peas are soften.
