green chillies 2-3 nos
finely chopped garlic 1.5 tbsp
tomato sauce 4 tbsp
green chilli sauce 2 tbsp
soy sauce 1 tsp
vinegar 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
For marinating paneer: cornflour 2 tbsp
flour 1 tsp
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
oil for cooking 2 tbsp
Directions
Cut paneer in half inch cubes.
In a bowl take all purpose flour, cornflour, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, salt. Mix everything well.
Add water and make a smooth lump free batter. The batter should not be too thin or too thick.

Add cottage cheese cubes in the batter and gently coat from all sides.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cottage cheese from all the sides till crisp golden brown in colour.
Heat oil in another non stick pan.
Next add chopped garlic and ginger and saute for few seconds.
Add green chillies, onions and cook for sometime till the onions are nice pink in colour.
Add green bell pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes. The capsicum need to be slightly cooked so it remains crunchy.
In a small bowl take tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, vinegar, soy sauce. Mix well.

Add the sauce mixture and season with salt and black pepper powder.
Add fried paneer pieces, mix everything well and cook for another 1-2 minutes
At last garnish with some spring onion greens, switch off the gas and Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
