Mix together ghee, condensed milk and milk powder in a microwave safe bowl.
Cook in microwave for 1 minute and give a stir.
Repeat this process 3 times and stir after every 1 minute.
Add cardamom powder and saffron milk in the mixture.
Again microwave for 1 minute, the mixture will thicken and leave the sides of the bowl.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and then make round balls and give the shape of the pedas.
Garnish with pistachios and serve.
