take a bowl and add corn kernels
sprinkle 1 tbsp water over it and mix
now add salt, pepper, all purpose flour, corn flour and rice flour and mix properly
heat oil in a kadai and add corn
fry until crispy
once done, remove from the pan and drain on a paper napkin
to temper:
heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
add green chili and capsicum and stir fry for few seconds
now add fried corn, soy sauce, vinegar and mix properly
switch off the flame and serve immediately
