Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups boiled sweet corn kernels


  • 1 tbsp cornflour


  • 1 tbsp rice flour


  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 nos green chili chopped


  • 1/2 cups capsicum chopped


  • 1 tsp soy sauce


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • take a bowl and add corn kernels
  • sprinkle 1 tbsp water over it and mix
  • now add salt, pepper, all purpose flour, corn flour and rice flour and mix properly
  • heat oil in a kadai and add corn
  • fry until crispy
  • once done, remove from the pan and drain on a paper napkin
  • to temper:
  • heat 1 tsp oil in a pan
  • add green chili and capsicum and stir fry for few seconds
  • now add fried corn, soy sauce, vinegar and mix properly
  • switch off the flame and serve immediately
