Drain the excess water from soaked dal and put into the blender with the coriander leaves and make a coarse paste
Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, ginger, salt, lemon juice and mix well
Add water and make a pouring consistency batter.
Heat non-sticky pan and spread some ghee over it
Now pour the batter over the pan and cook it from the both sides
Serve hot with chutney or sauce
