Ingredients

Eddo (cut into sticks and soak in the salted water for 10 to 15 minutes. 10-12 nos

tomatoes chopped 2 nos
ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
asafetida 1 pinch
turmeric powder 3/4 tsp
salt or to taste 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder 3/4 tsp
coriander powder 3/4 tsp
garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
green chillies slit 2 nos
dried red chillies 2 nos
Oil to deep fry 1 cups
Directions
