Ingredients
Serves 4
fresh scrapped coconut 2 cups
milk 2 cups
sugar 1 1/2 cups
cardamom powder 1 tsp
ghee 2 tbsp
block/chanch 1 nos
Directions
In a food processor blend milk,coconut,cardamom,and sugar until smooth.
In a heavy bottom pan boil Coconut mixture until the mixture is dry but moist forms a dough.
Brush ghee on the stone block. Take a handful of cooked coconut mixture and flatten on the block widely. Then press it a little bit to get the art work on coconut mixture. Slowly and carefully remove it from the block.
Do the same to the remaining coconut mixture. Narkoler chanch is ready.
