Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups chilled fresh curd


  • 1 cups chilled water


  • 1 cups chilled milk


  • 1/2 tsp black salt


  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder


  • 6-7 nos mint leaves


  • 4 nos ice cubes


  • 1 tsp black peppers


  • 1 tsp salt to taste

Directions

  • Take curd in a bowl
  • Add black salt,cumin powder,salt and black peppers.
  • Add chilled water and milk
  • With a wired whisk blend everything well till smooth.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve.
  • Tips: You can also refrigerate the namkeen lassi for a couple of hours before serving.
