Ingredients

Serves 4

  • chilled fresh curd 2 cups

  • chilled water 1 cups

  • chilled milk 1 cups

  • black salt 1/2 tsp

  • roasted cumin powder 1 tsp

  • mint leaves 6-7 nos

  • ice cubes 4 nos

  • black peppers 1 tsp

  • salt to taste 1 tsp

Directions

    Take curd in a bowl

    Add black salt,cumin powder,salt and black peppers.

    Add chilled water and milk

  • 04

    With a wired whisk blend everything well till smooth.

    Pour into serving glasses and serve.

  • 06

    Tips: You can also refrigerate the namkeen lassi for a couple of hours before serving.
