Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 4-5 nos baby potato


  • 2 tsp dry fenugreek leaves


  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp mint leaves


  • 1/2 tsp gramflaur


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2-3 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 2 nos green chilly


  • 1 nos tomato cut in cubes


  • 1 nos onion cut in cubes


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes and prick them with fork.
  • Dry roast gramflaur and keep aside.
  • Grind coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Dry fenugreek leaves, Ginger, Green chilly, Garlic, Cumin seeds, salt,Lemon juice in to a fine paste (Now need to add water) take out in a bowl.
  • Add roasted gramflaur into the coriander paste n coat the potato, onion and Tomato pieces and marinade for 10 minutes.
  • Place the veggies in skewers.
  • Heat oil in grill pan place the veggies and grill them till brown and crispy.
