Peel the potatoes and prick them with fork.
Dry roast gramflaur and keep aside.
Grind coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Dry fenugreek leaves, Ginger, Green chilly, Garlic, Cumin seeds, salt,Lemon juice in to a fine paste (Now need to add water) take out in a bowl.
Add roasted gramflaur into the coriander paste n coat the potato, onion and Tomato pieces and marinade for 10 minutes.
Place the veggies in skewers.
Heat oil in grill pan place the veggies and grill them till brown and crispy.
