Ingredients

tomato 8 nos
garlic 1 nos
chopped carrots 1 cups
sized spring onion 1 nos
bay leaf 1 nos
salt 1 tsp
fresh coriander leaves 2 sprig
black pepper powder 1 tsp
Directions
Roasted the tomato and garlic .
Slice the garlic bulb to get a thin slice
Now fry the onion , carrots , tomatoes , bay leaf and salt in a little olive oil .
Add garlic to this and pour the water and allow the pan to boil .
Allow the soup to cook till the tomatoes and carrot and cooked and soft .
Strain the mixture and remove the garlic .
Now blend the thick mixture .
Take the mixture in a pan and boil it .
Serve this unique soup piping hot , garnish with croutons .
