Ingredients

Serves 2

  • mango ripe and sweet 1 nos

  • onion/spring onion finely chopped 3 tbsp

  • green chilli chopped and deseeded 1 tsp

  • mint leaves chopped fine 1 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

  • olive oil 1/2 tsp

  • salt or to taste 1/2 tsp

  • black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Wash and peel the mango and cut into small cubes.

    Chop onion, chillies and mint finely.

  • 03

    In a mixing bowl toss the mango, onion , chillies and mint leaves with the lemon juice.

    Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle the salt, black pepper powder and chilli flakes

    Chill in the refrigerator for an hour

  • 06

    Serve with nachos, chips or any other snacks

    My tip Onions are added for the crunch , you can pretty much change and can also add colorful bell peppers for a variation.
