finely chopped peeled apple 1 cups
lemon curd 1/4 cups
tart shells 6 nos
all purpose flour 1/2 cups
sugar 3 tbsp
ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp
cold butter 1/4 cups
icing sugar for dusting 2 tsp
In a small bowl , combine apples and lemon curd . Spoon into tart shells .
In another bowl , combine the flour , sugar and cinnamon cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs . Spoon over apple mixture place on an ungreased baking sheet .
Bake 180℃ for 20 mins or until golden btown . Cool on wire racks for 5 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar .
Serve warm or at room temperature .
