DUTCH APPLE PIE TARLETS

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups finely chopped peeled apple


  • 1/4 cups lemon curd


  • 6 nos tart shells


  • 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 3 tbsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


  • 1/4 cups cold butter


  • 2 tsp icing sugar for dusting

Directions

  • In a small bowl , combine apples and lemon curd . Spoon into tart shells .
  • In another bowl , combine the flour , sugar and cinnamon cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs . Spoon over apple mixture place on an ungreased baking sheet .
  • Bake 180℃ for 20 mins or until golden btown . Cool on wire racks for 5 minutes.
  • Dust with icing sugar .
  • Serve warm or at room temperature .
