Ingredients

Serves 4

  • finely chopped peeled apple 1 cups

  • lemon curd 1/4 cups

  • tart shells 6 nos

  • all purpose flour 1/2 cups

  • sugar 3 tbsp

  • ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp

  • cold butter 1/4 cups

  • icing sugar for dusting 2 tsp

Directions

    In a small bowl , combine apples and lemon curd . Spoon into tart shells .

  • 02

    In another bowl , combine the flour , sugar and cinnamon cut in butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs . Spoon over apple mixture place on an ungreased baking sheet .

    Bake 180℃ for 20 mins or until golden btown . Cool on wire racks for 5 minutes.

    Dust with icing sugar .

  • 05

    Serve warm or at room temperature .
