First crush the red chilies in a mortar and pestle.
Heat vegetable oil and add chopped onion and cook until light brown. Add garlic paste and cook for a minute.
Add green and red chili paste,fry masala until it cooked well.
Add chopped tomatoes,cook and cover until tomatoes are mushy. Add salt and sugar. Stir and add chopped coriander leaves on top.
Serve with steamed rice.
