Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos bitter gourd sliced


  • 1 nos potato peeled and diced


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 nos green chilies


  • 2 tsp salt or as needed


  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Add cumin seeds when it starts crackling add chopped onion. Cook until onion is tender.
  • Add chopped green chilies and vegetables.
  • Add salt,turmeric and red chili powder mix well.
  • Stir fry in medium heat until vegetable are well cooked.
  • Serve it with steamed rice.
