Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 nos wheat penne pasta box


  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion


  • 6 nos cloves minced garlic


  • 1 cups minced chicken


  • 1 1/2 cups tomato puree


  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves powder


  • 2 tsp italian seasoning


  • 1/2 tbsp chili flaxes or black pepper powder


  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese


  • 1 tsp salt or as needed

Directions

  • Cook pasta as per box instructions. After pasta is cooked and Al dente drain the water and put pasta in cold water. Drain the cold water and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan,add chopped onion and cook until tender and soft. Add minced chicken,red chili powder and tomato paste. Add salt and mix it well. Cook covered for 10 minutes stir occasionally.
  • Now add the drained pasta,Italian seasoning and dried basil leaves. After mixing it properly sprinkle parmesan cheese and give a stir. Serve immediately.Add extra grated cheese on top before serving.
