Boil Arbi and mash well. Add ginger garlic paste, curry powder and salt to taste.
Add cornflour, mixed nut and raisins. Mix well. Add bread crumbs to the mixture and mix well.
Add chopped chillies and coriander leaves to it.
Arbi kofta batter is ready to fry.
Apply oil in palm and make small round balls. Heat oil on medium flame. Fry Arbi kofta balls till golden brown. Transfer it on to tissue paper. Hot, Sweet, Nutty Arbi Koftas are ready to serve with ketchup.
