Ingredients

Serves 4

  • raddish leaves washed and finely chopped 1 cups

  • boiled gooseberries 1/2 cups

  • coriander leaves 1/2 cups

  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • chillies chopped 2 nos

  • asafoetida 1 pinch

  • sugar (optional) 1/4 tsp

  • salt or to taste 1/2 tsp

  • lemon juice 1 tsp

Directions

    Grind all ingredients to a fine paste in a mixer except lime juice.

    Finally add lime juice, and enjoy endlessly with any snacks or main course.
