Ingredients

  • 6 piece rusk


  • 2 tbsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 cups oil for frying

Directions

  • In a bowl add gram flour, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, ajwain, salt and mix it well.
  • In a wok add ghee and heat it.
  • Now dip rusk in batter nicely.
  • Deep fry it.
  • Enjoy with tomato ketchup and tea or coffee.
