Ingredients

  • rusk 6 piece

  • gram flour 2 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • coriander powder 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • ajwain 1 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • oil for frying 2 cups

Directions

    In a bowl add gram flour, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, ajwain, salt and mix it well.

    In a wok add ghee and heat it.

  • 03

    Now dip rusk in batter nicely.

  • 04

    Deep fry it.

  • 05

    Enjoy with tomato ketchup and tea or coffee.
