Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups ripe papaya cut into cubes


  • 1 nos ripe orange peeled and deseeded


  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey or as per the sweet preference


  • 1 cups plain thick fresh curd


  • 2 drop vanilla essence


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1 cups crushed ice


  • 2 tsp small papaya cubes for garnishing

Directions

  • Put papaya, orange, half of honey, vanilla essence, nutmeg powder, turmeric powder and crushed ice into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Blend the chilled yogurt and rest of the honey separately.
  • Now carefully fill half the glass with blended curd, then pour the prepared smoothie.
  • Add the blended curd again
  • Sprinkle some of the reserved papaya cubes and serve chilled.
  • Alternatively You can blend papaya and all ingredients together and serve chilled
