Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3 nos boiled mashed potatoes


  • 2 nos egg


  • 50 gms mozeralla cheese


  • 6 tbsp milk


  • 2 tbsp butter


  • 1 tbsp pepper powder


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves chopped


  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt (salt to taste)

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees centigrade.
  • Boil potatoes and mash well.
  • Separate yolk from egg.
  • Grate cheese and keep it aside.Add yolk and cheese to the mashed potatoes.
  • Warm milk and add butter to it. Remove from heat till butter melts.
  • Whisk egg white till stiff peaks.
  • Add pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
  • Fold whipped egg white to the potato mixture.
  • Grease ramekins (cups) with butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs inside.
  • Pour potato mixture in the cups and sprinkle chilli powder on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Potato Souffle is ready to serve.
