Preheat oven to 220 degrees centigrade.
Boil potatoes and mash well.
Separate yolk from egg.
Grate cheese and keep it aside.Add yolk and cheese to the mashed potatoes.
Warm milk and add butter to it. Remove from heat till butter melts.
Whisk egg white till stiff peaks.
Add pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Fold whipped egg white to the potato mixture.
Grease ramekins (cups) with butter. Sprinkle bread crumbs inside.
Pour potato mixture in the cups and sprinkle chilli powder on top.
Bake for 15 minutes. Potato Souffle is ready to serve.
