Jowar flour 1/2 cups
Whole wheat Flour 1/2 cups
Organic Sugar 1/4 cups
Flaxseed powder 1/2 tbsp
Butter 1/2 cups
Salt (more if using unsalted Butter) 1/2 tsp
Red Chilly powder 1 tsp
Roasted Jeera powder 1 tsp
Whole Jeera 2 tsp
Cream butter and sugar well. To that add the spices-whole jeera, jeera powder, red chilly powder.
Mix the dry ingredients-jowar, wheat flour, flax seeds powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter sugar mixture and form a smooth and soft dough.
Add milk if necessary.
Cling wrap and keep in fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Cut using cookie cutter and place in the greased baking tray.
Press lightly with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10-12 minutes.
