Heat clarified butter in a wok add chopped cashewnut and roast till light pink in colour.
Now add sugar.
Now add custerd powder and mix well.
Now add 2 cup of water.
Stirring it continually on slow flam. once it starts thicken add cardmom powder.
Stirring continue till it becomes glossy and shiny.
When ghee leaves pan sides switch off the flam and and pour this mixture in grease mould.
Set it for 1 hour and cut in your favourite shape.
