Add gelatin and 1/4 cup water in a pan and boil till agar agar dissolves completely.
Make sugar syrup with remaining 1/2 cup water and sugar nearly of 1 string consistency.
Pour in dissolved agar agar, orange extract and lemon juice to sugar syrup. Boil for 4-5 minutes.
Divide this mixture in 4-5 parts and colour in each part.
Pour in different plates and refrigerate overnight.
Cut in cubes and coat with sugar crystal.
