Ingredients

sweet corn 1 cups
Olive oil 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1 tsp
chat masala 1/2 tsp
red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
roasted cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
mixed vegetables (capsicum, tomato, onion and carrot) all chopped. 1 tbsp
salt or to taste 1/4 tsp
Directions
Boil corn kernels for 5 minutes in a deep pan with water, salt and 2 pinches sugar till they become soft.
Strain and keep aside for 5 minutes.
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
Give a quick stir and sprinkle red chilli flakes and chat masala powder.
Serve immediately
