Minced Roti With Sunny Side Up Eggs

  • 1 nos eggs


  • 2 nos roti


  • 3 nos garlic clove chopped


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp cheese


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp pepper


  • 1 tsp chilly flakes

Directions

  • Tear the Roti into small bite size pieces.
  • Take a tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan
  • Add garlic and saute for a minute.
  • Add the roti pieces and mix well.
  • Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes.
  • When the Roti becomes slightly crispy, break the egg and add cheese (you can add more cheese). Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
  • Put the lid and turn off the flame. The egg gets cooked in the heat and cheese also melts.
  • Serve after ten minutes.
