Minced Roti With Sunny Side Up Eggs

  • Eggs 1 nos

  • Roti 2 nos

  • Garlic clove chopped 3 nos

  • Oil 1 tbsp

  • Cheese 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1/2 tsp

  • Pepper 1/2 tsp

  • Chilly flakes 1 tsp

Directions

    Tear the Roti into small bite size pieces.

    Take a tablespoon of oil in a non stick pan

  • 03

    Add garlic and saute for a minute.

  • 04

    Add the roti pieces and mix well.

  • 05

    Add salt, pepper, chilli flakes.

  • 06

    When the Roti becomes slightly crispy, break the egg and add cheese (you can add more cheese). Sprinkle some salt and pepper.

    Put the lid and turn off the flame. The egg gets cooked in the heat and cheese also melts.

    Serve after ten minutes.
